Delivery & Returns
Deliveries will be done during our operation timings only.
There will be a $5 delivery fee if the total order is lower than $50.
On placing on order, customer will be notified on the estimated delivery time.
For delivery, cash payments accepted and will be collected upon delivery. Also available Payment by PayNow, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), WeChatPay and AliPay

At Kawashi International Pte Ltd, we don’t just want you to like our products, we want you to be completely happy and satisfied!
We guarantee 1-to-1 replacement or full refund if the product that you have purchased is spoilt or wrong item(s) received. Items should be returned unopen and in good condition.
Please let us know via email (email@example.com) or give us a call (+65 6336 6307) within 48 hours of the delivery for us to consider. Depending on the claim, we may require evidence of the defect order via email.
Our customer services team will review your request and get back to you within 24hrs. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. Full refunds will be subjected to case-by-case basis.
There may be some exceptions to these rights such as for those products and services where, for reasons of hygiene, safety or under law we are not able to refund or exchange items unless faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose or of satisfactory quality.
